How does an Alexander Technique lesson work?

Rest assured: it’s very simple!

Movement work

During your lesson we will observe your habits. I will guide you orally and with my hands in daily activities like standing, sitting in an out of a chair and walking.

Table work

Secondly, lying down on the table will help you to leave yourself alone and reorganize muscle tone throughout your body . You will come out calm and relaxed.
