The Alexander Technique aims to neutralize the poor habits that lead to bad posture and inefficient movement… which ultimately result in aches and pains all over! A hunched back, rounded shoulders, a broken body, restricted breathing… Stop! It’s time to get to work! There is no time to waste in reclaiming our natural coordination.
The Alexander teacher works by suggesting subtle, gentle adjustments. The spontaneity and ease of movement we lost as we grew up begins to return. Instead of shrinking into ourselves, we start to stand tall again!

Meeting Martin and Geneviève was a deeply captivating experience. I felt like being an intricate watch in the expert hands of master watchmakers.
